Sign-up and Cancellation Policies
Players are encouraged to sign up at least 24 hours in advance of class or program start time. If sign-up is low 24 hours prior to the start time, classes and programs may be cancelled. Some classes and programs require you to sign up more than 24 hours in advance. If so, it will be noted in the class or program description. Participants are required to give at least 24 hours notice, if they need to cancel participation in a class or program they have signed up for. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be billed for the class or program.
